Anuran (Frog and Toad) Survey

The 2006 Anuran Survey is a listening survey conducted by volunteers in the spring of the year as the frogs and toads begin calling to locate mates in vernal ponds and wetlands. The survey is part of ongoing citizen monitoring of indicator species at Boulder.

2006 - We are very appreciative of Jennifer Olker from the Natural Resource Research Institute volunteering her time to conduct the survey. We will be using GPS to locate all of the survey points along Boulder Dam Road for next year's survey.
